What do I pay first?
You pay ৳3,000 as an advance payment via bKash to confirm your order. The remaining ৳2,999 is paid after you review and approve the completed website before launch.
Is a .com domain included?
Yes. Registration of one standard .com domain name for the first year is included in the package, subject to domain availability. If your exact preferred domain is unavailable or taken, Web Work Media will suggest suitable variations (such as adding location or speciality, e.g. drrahmanbd.com) for your approval before registration.
Is this a WordPress website?
No. The website is developed as a professionally coded, fast, custom static website using web standards (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). This ensures maximum page speed, high security, and low maintenance. It is not built on WordPress.
Will I receive a WordPress admin login?
No. Because this is a custom-coded static website and not a WordPress installation, a WordPress admin dashboard is not included. Content changes are made by editing the source files. Web Work Media can assist with future updates upon request.
Will I receive the website source files?
Yes. Once full project payment (৳5,999) has been completed, Web Work Media will provide a full copy of the final website source files upon request.
Where will my website be hosted?
Your website is hosted on Web Work Media-managed cloud hosting infrastructure during the included first-year period, with SSL/HTTPS security included.
Who owns the domain?
You own your domain name. By default, Web Work Media manages the domain on your behalf for convenience. Alternatively, you can invite us to configure it inside your own domain registrar account.
Can the domain be transferred to my own account later?
Yes. If registered through our account, the domain can be transferred to your own registrar account upon request after full payment and meeting standard registrar transfer rules and eligibility periods.
How long will development take?
Our standard delivery target is 3–5 working days after your advance payment is confirmed and all required doctor details are submitted.
Can I request design or text changes?
Yes. The package includes up to 2 reasonable revision rounds before final approval within the agreed one-page website scope.
What happens after the first year?
Domain and hosting require annual renewal after the first year. Web Work Media will notify you in advance with the applicable renewal charges prior to expiry.
Can patients book appointments directly?
